This 3,000 sq ft 1-story peaceful escape has everything you need to relax. Sleeps up to 8, 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, TV room, dedicated workspace, floating fireplace, pool, hot tub, fire pit, dining area, luxury kitchen, tons of natural light, workout area, back and front patios and multiple areas to unwind. Perfect for families and friends. The space A spectacular modern property complete with amazing views of the woods and mountain. This large 1-story getaway has a high ceiling living room and huge windows overlooking the woods, two patios, skylights and tons of lush nature. Central HVAC. The living room has multiple sitting areas and a floating decorative fireplace. The dining area has a table that can seat up to 8-10. Huge kitchen includes a long island and extra 4 seating, stainless steel appliances - microwave, dishwasher, plus everything you'll need for meal prep and cooking. Three full baths, Four bedrooms - two with queens, two with kings. A separate basement TV room with a 65" smart TV (no cable) and a queen sofa bed. We have an extra floor mattress if needed. One side of the house has the master bedroom, two other bedrooms and the den/office. The other side of the house has a guest suite. We also have a pantry room next to the kitchen which includes the washer and dryer. We have a designated workout area in the basement with a rower, Peloton, light weights and yoga mats. Back of the house has a bluestone patio with a grill and outdoor dining table. Front of the house has a large bluestone patio with a lounge area. Pool is salt water, 32 x 16 feet, and open Memorial Day-Labor Day. Optional additional fee to heat the pool at $45 per day in July and August (in the colder months of June and September the heater charge is per usage as it can be costly, weather dependent). We also have a 6-person hot tub.. The Woody is located right between Woodstock and Saugerties with both being about 10 mins away. Attached carport for two cars plus extra parking area. No Pets including service animals - owners have severe pet allergies. No Smoking No Fireplace use/decorative only.
