Stay at our wonderfully cozy farmhouse for a relaxing weekend in the beautiful Catskills. Shake off the city doldrums with fresh air and tranquility. The house features a large living/dining area with a wood burning stove, seating for up to 8 guests, and a well stocked kitchen with amenities including dishwasher and microwave. There are 4 bedrooms and an additional room which could be used as a fifth bedroom or baby/kids space - 1. Queen bed on the first floor with en-suite bathroom; 2. Master bedroom on the second floor with king size bed and en-suite/shared bathroom; 3. Guest bedroom 1 on the second floor with double (full-sized) bed; 4. Guest bedroom 2 on the second floor with double (full-sized) bed. Please note that this room adjoins the master bedroom on one side and guest bedroom 1 on the other side and has no direct access to the hallway, so is suitable for kids and close family/friends only. 5. Family/baby/workspace room adjoining master bedroom with futon style sofa bed, toddler bed and baby travel crib. There are 2.5 bathrooms. One full bathroom on the first floor (en-suite to first floor bedroom), one half bathroom on the second floor, and one full bathroom on the second floor which is both an en-suite to the master bedroom and also a shared bathroom (it has two access points, one from the master bedroom and another from the hallway). The house also has an attic loft/play area and in-house laundry facilities. There is a large fully fenced in yard and deck area with gas grill, dining table, seating and lounge area. Newly built in 2021 is in-ground heated swimming pool, which is available for guests to use during the summer months only (Memorial Day weekend through end-Sep). The pool is not open year round. Other activities in the yard area include a trampoline, a basketball hoop, and various outdoor games, all perfect for entertaining you and the kids.
