This property truly is amazing. The cabin is cozy yet spacious and artfully decorated. The grounds are a wild nature sanctuary with the sounds of the rushing creek and birds bringing a relaxation in the hot tub sure to melt away any cares you still had from before you walked through the door. We loved the various hammocks and sitting areas available. Although there were fabulous eateries in the area, we preferred to cook for ourselves and enjoy this amazing setting! We definitely will come back again!

It was very nice play to stay, clean and very pleasant. Pool and hot tub was ready as soon as i came in. Sauna was easy to use. Will definitely recommend and I will rebook in the future again

The house was nicely refurbished with new, modern, tasteful furniture. It was spacious with wonderful light, especially in the living room upstairs. I wanted to have a luncheon with long time elderly friends when visiting in the Hudson Valley and the living/dining room area was perfect for that! The beds were comfortable; the sheets were nice quality. Everything inside was clean and nicely arranged. When the hairdryer didn't work, a quick correspondence solved the problem. This house is in a quiet residential area of Kingston with a large garden and birdsong. I was grateful to be there.

We’re local and needed a place to stay for a few days while our place was undergoing a renovation. Amanda’s place was perfect and will be for you. Clean, really smart layout and furnishing, great water treatment system ( big deal in the country), private and peaceful yet close to everything. It’s where our spillover guests will be staying!

Staying at Amanda’s place was the best way to ring in my 50th birthday with a few friends. The home was cute, comfortable, and felt spacious even with 5 of us staying there. Even though we were near lots of fun things to do, it was the perfect getaway to simply relax. We enjoyed the gorgeous yard with pool and hot tub. Even the kitchen was well stocked with the right dishes for cooking- that’s usually not the case with Airbnb’s. Amanda was responsive and helpful from the time we booked until the moment we checked out. Truly looking forward to staying at Amanda’s again in the future!

The place is in a good location to hiking and the backyard was very peaceful! It was also very clean and had everything we needed. The driveway has a bit of slant down which was fine in our SUV but may be challenging for cars lower to the ground as an FYI.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this house and would absolutely come back. The home was beautiful, very clean, and extremely well equipped with everything we needed. The jacuzzi was such a highlight and made the stay especially relaxing. We also really appreciated the enclosed backyard, which was perfect for our dog and made the whole experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. It can sometimes be difficult to find such a lovely dog-friendly place, so this was a huge plus for us. The house felt warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for guests. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

This was our third stay at Esopus Sanctuary which says it all! We love the beautiful river and it’s rushing sound even when there are no fish biting. The house and property are welcoming and so comfortable. And the little extras— coffee, tea, olive oil, spices, maple syrup— all make a week’s stay easy without having to pack everything. The new downstairs bath is a lovely surprise and the outside patio additions are great. So glad to see the frog musicians are still there! The furniture is never worn and the small table and chair set in the sun room is perfect. My personal favorites are the giraffes and there is always something new added to make the decor even more interesting and unique- like the lights in the chandelier and the mink stole! Amanda is the perfect host always checking to make sure all is well. We hope to be back next year! Thank you for such a lovely spot to look forward to every year. R&R Cordeaux

Thank you Amanda, we had a wonderful stay! This beautiful cabin with everything we needed was immaculately clean. Even better than the photos! It was the perfect serene spot for long weekend away. Close to everything Woodstock and downtown Saugerties offers but still private, we hope to return soon!
